Francesca has a keen eye for detail and has a talent for taking the heat out of a business challenge through objective use of data. Her pragmatic approach to generating insights to inform quick decision-making is a skill our organisation needs more of.
Executive Director, NSW Department ClientFrancesca is experienced in delivering critical business outcomes and targets across state government, federal government, and Tier 1 corporates. She’s successfully implemented new government policies and programs of work, and has previously been enlisted to run programs of work on behalf of Accenture and Deloitte.

Francesca is data-obsessed and enjoys showing clients the art of what is possible with analytics. She leverages data to drive insights and guide improvement areas for delivery, while helping organisations embrace data-led decision-making.
